Adding in yoghurt and a banana will also keep you feeling fuller for longer, so you won’t be crashing at 11am and reach for an unhealthy snack bar or packet of crisps!

Healthy Blueberry Smoothie Recipe Made With Blueberries, Bananas & Yoghurt!
Ingredients: Makes 1 Serving
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen ripe banana
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp honey
Handful of ice cubes
Toppings:
Granola
Fresh Blueberries
Sesame Seeds
Sugar
Directions:
1. Blend all smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
2. Top with anything of your choice!
