How Did You Get Started In Health And Fitness?
My motivation started in a young age, I’ve been pretty athletic my whole life. As a child I competed in gymnastics, the feeling of accomplishing goals became a huge motivation. Besides the gymnastic training we did a lot of strength training, which definitely is the reason why I felt in love with the weight- and hypertrophy training later on in my life.
What Is Your Best Accomplishment So Far? Proudest Moment?
Winning the Danish Nationals in Bikini Fitness in my class and OVERALL, and of course my 3rd place at the Nordic championship. My next proud moment is hopefully going to be at the European Championship in Spain this year. I’m also coaching a team of girls who are going to their first competition this fall, seeing them on stage is going to be a breath taking moment.

What Are Your Tips For Beginners?
Set small goals and achieve them, rather than putting large unmanageable goals.
This will give you a lot of small victories, rather than a lot of the opposite.
What Is The Best Advice You Have Ever Been Given?
Keep intensity high during your workout, this applies to both weight training and cardio.
How Do You Handle Set Backs & Bad Days?
I use these kinds of days to motivate me to train even harder, everyone has bad days but you got to use them to work harder.
Did You Make Any Mistakes When You First Started Out?
Everyone makes mistakes, not only in the beginning. This is a part of learning, I keep learning a lot about my body and also through my clients at the gym. Everyone is different and what works for me, doesn’t necessarily work for you.
Give Your Best 3 Health Tips That People Can Implement Right Now:
1.: Change your routine every four weeks, your body gets used to the exercises. Change the exercises, the order, the sets or the reps to keep improving on your physique.
2.: The mind is the limit – Your head says stop before your body, keep pushing and you will reach your goals.
3.: Abs are made in the kitchen – you have to focus on your diet if you want results.
Your Best Tips For Losing Those Last Few Pounds?
It’s important to get your vitamins and minerals through food, therefore I’m not a fan of very low calorie dieting, instead I do a lot of high intensity interval training to lose the last few pounds.
Your Abs Are Amazing! What Are Your Favourite Ab Exercises?
I like heavy ab exercises, my favourite is cable crunch and side bends both exercises with heavy weights.
Also I do a lot of core exercises in a TRX Suspension Trainer, like mountain climber and oblique crunch. Actually a lot of girls ask me this question and my best answer to get visible abs is to focus on your diet. If the sixpack is hidden behind fat, It won’t help to do hundreds of crunches.
What’s Your Funniest Moment At The Gym?
Actually I’m kind of clumsy, I have a lot of funny moments at the gym when stumbling over dumbbells or a bench, the TRX suspension trainer has also been a challenge from time to time when my feet gets entangled.
Favourite Fitness Models? Inspirations?
Emily Skye an Australian Fitness model who manages to inspire and motivate a lot of people, I love her physique, energy and always big smile.
